We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully before returning an item.

Returns & Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used cosmetic and personal care products, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Authorisation Required

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.
Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Used or opened products (unless faulty)
  • Items returned without prior authorisation
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
